Justin++

So… the cat is out of the bag: it was my birthday today. Woopdeedoo? I personally didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but it seems that I can’t always get my way!! A number of thoughtful people congratulated me for being one day older than I was yesterday (in nicer words, of course), so thanks to them! 🙂

In other news, I’ve been making good progress towards the reinstatement of the Embassy Students’ Association as a club: the Executive had a meeting with Students’ Council yesterday, and they were very pleased with the plan that we have for the future. We made a very progressive action plan and presented it to them, when they were expecting nothing but a war of words between us and the Feds.

I think that the spirit of co-operation spread, and a motion passed (almost unanimously) to have the disciplinary committee of the Students’ Council work with us to rectify our situation as soon as possible. That said, the term-long suspension may be lifted in the near future (as early as Wednesday!), and I’m very excited about that!!

Work is going well, and my next term is looking supremely easy! I have a handful of first-year courses, and a couple of second-year courses to start the catch-up process. I am seriously questioning my attendence for these classes 🙂

Lastly, I just have a few prayer requests. Here they are, in no particular order, and in varying degrees of detail:

5. Spreading of the Word of God to all of the corners of the earth*
