Let It Snow!

Posted on December 14th, 2004

Ahh yes.. there is nothing like waking up (late), getting dressed, brushing my teeth, and skating my way to work. While the snow and colder weather bodes well for my crazy snowboarding extravaganza that’s coming up (I hope!), it’s really driving me crazy every morning I have to walk to work! πŸ™ πŸ™ πŸ™ But, I shouldn’t complain because I was the one wishing for these conditions not so long ago…

So the term is about to wrap up, and I’m about ready to go home and get back on my 12+ hour sleep schedule… these past few months have really wore me down and I am almost completely exhausted.. I certainly won’t be as quick to volunteer myself for everything next term, although I’m already fairly committed to a couple of things. *sigh* It’s all good in the long run, I hope!

Anyhow, nothing to exciting is going on with me over these past few days… everyone is in exam mode, so my life has been a bit more tame. Hopefully something fun will happen by Christmas πŸ™‚

OH! There was the one thing that happened… I guess it was last weekend. Keith, Dan, Feng and I went out for some random walk, starting around 2 in the morning or something.. we found ourselves on the other side of campus, and that’s when Feng decided that it’d be fun to randomly find our way back to St. Paul’s. This randomness involved the four of us picking numbers, adding them up, then doing some modular arithmetic to determine the next direction in which we’d walk. Yeah. Fast forward some 45 minutes and we’re maybe 75 metres from where we started. After an hour and a half, Dan and I got pretty fed up (and cold), so we left. The other two clowns got back around 45 minutes after that.. so there’s something that I will never do again.

OH! And the new U2 CD is awesome. Vertigo on a banjo makes me laugh every time. πŸ™‚

OH! And I’m done now.
