Yay RideSafe!

I started off with a struggle to get out of bed. The alarm sounded at 10:30, but I didn’t crawl out until around 11:30. After seeing dishes accumulate for the past little while (I had a whole set of dishes to wash plus any ones that my housemates used..), I decided that I had to do dishes, again. I don’t know if I will have the time to do everyone’s dishes every day when school starts up again, so I better not get people accustomed to this. But I also cannot stand messes lying around. Frig.
After grabbing a bit to eat, I went my leisurely way to the Embassy office, where I had a meeting for website development. It lasted around 2.5 hours, and a lot of good progress was made. Ideas were shared, organized, and streamlined. Due dates were established. Responsibilities were assigned. My initials were everywhere. So I’m basically committed to a redevelopment of the Embassy site (from scratch). I’m excited, and also extremely terrified… will I ever live my life again?!
I hung around the office for a bit until Steve and I bussed it to campus. We hung out with Laura and Sarah for a while, then we went to Steve’s to watch Meet the Fockers. I fell asleep. I know, I know… I’m a champ. I then paid a quick visit to John, Rodney, and Graeme before they headed off to bed. Fortunately for me, RideSafe was still running (despite having almost no students to drive), so I made it home without spending money on a taxi or anything. Sweet deal!
Although I’m dog tired, I have to get some initial work done on the whole website dealie. God help me.

I promise promise to get better at doing my dishes. It’s one of the tasks I HATE doing. I blame my mom for making me do them since I was 5! Jasmine also loved doing dishes so she often did them for me, which spoiled me. So that being said just give me a little time to get adjusted.
